Vision Property Management & Leasing (Pty) Ltd. is a South African company with its main focus to offer turnkey Property Management services.  The company is an affiliate of the South African based PEC Group which is also operating in other countries on the African continent.  We are also proud to be a B-BBEE Level 2 contributor.

The company was established in 1999 when the ongoing need for professional property management was realised. Vision Properties’ Head Office is in Pretoria (Equestria) and has satellite offices in Lephalale and KwaZulu-Natal.  It has been involved in the property sector for over 22 years and currently manages over 150 Schemes/estates which consist of more than 8000 units.  We specialize in the management and advisory services for Sectional and Full Title Schemes and Estates; Commercial and Retail Centres; and Property Investors.

We pride ourselves in our service-orientated approach towards all investors, owners, trustees, directors, developers, tenants and landlords respectively.

Our target markets are residential estates/group housing dwellings, retirement villages, commercial and industrial property, property owners, investors, landlords, property funds and developers.

Vision Properties is affiliated with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority  (PPRA); a member of the National Association for Managing Agents (NAMA): a member of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) and Council for Debt Collectors.
